Hourly Cleaning $50.00 per hour minimum 2 hours and maximum of 4 hours.
You decide on how many hours you would like us to clean and let us know what you need done starting with the most important on your list.
BOND/EXIT END OF LEASE CLEAN

🌈Bond/end of lease Clean Information:🌈
We stick to our cleaning checklist or your realestate checklist to complete the bond/end of lease clean. Attention we do not carpet clean or clean curtains, we clean inside of house only.
Extra rooms like rumpus, study, second lounge room etc will be an added extra to the price.
Additional cost will be added if needing extra deep cleaning due to heavy build up of scum and dirt, size of house.
50% deposit upon booking and the rest due the day clean complete.

A Happy Dayz Clean is a set price on how many bedrooms and bathrooms your house has.
1 bed 1 bath: $100.00 - 2 bath: $125.00
2 bed 1 bath: $125.00 - 2 bath: $150.00
3 bed 1 bath: $150.00 - 2 bath: $175.00
4 bed 1 bath: $175.00 - 2 bath: $200.00
5 bed 2 bath: $250.00 - 3 bath: $275.00
6 bed 2 bath: $275.00 - 3 bath: $300.00 - 4 bath: $325.00

Oven Clean: $70.00
Interior Window Clean including tracks: $10.00 per window (need to be accessible)
Clean Inside Fridge: $45.00 (fridge is to be empty)
Additional Room/s: $25.00 (including Laundry)
extra bathroom: $30.00
extra kitchen: $45.00
Inside kitchen cabinets: $30.00
Deep Clean: $180 Examples: cleaning on top (up to 3 step ladder high),under, behind the area's that get missed that are accessible) we don't move heavy furniture or objects but you are most welcome to move them so I can clean.
NDIS PARTICIPANTS
We welcome NDIS Participants who are planned managed or self managed, we are unable to provide services for participants who are NDIS managed due to us not being a registered provider of NDIS.
