Terms and Conditions

Happy Dayz Cleaning

1. Services

Happy Dayz Cleaning provides residential cleaning services as agreed with the client. Services

may include general cleaning, deep cleaning, and other agreed tasks.

2. Pricing

Cleaning services are charged at the agreed hourly rate. Prices may vary depending on the size,

condition, and specific requirements of the property. Additional services requested on the day may

incur extra charges.

3. Payment

Payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods

may include bank transfer, cash, or other approved payment options. Late payments may incur

additional fees.

4. Cancellations

At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less

than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no access to property or

no one home) will incur the full service fee.

5. Access to Property

The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If access

is not available, the missed appointment policy will apply.6. Safety

Happy Dayz Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if the environment is unsafe or

hazardous. Clients must inform us of any hazards, pets, or special conditions before the cleaning

service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If the client is not satisfied with the service, they must notify Happy Dayz Cleaning within 24 hours

so the issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible.

8. Liability

Happy Dayz Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, permanent stains or wear and

tear, or damage caused by faulty equipment or materials within the property.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items and informing the cleaner of any

specific instructions or areas requiring special care.

10. Changes to Terms

Happy Dayz Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
